What happens when we meet?

Think of it as a conversation, not an interview.

You don't need to prepare or have all the answers.

Just come as you are.

Together, we'll explore what's been happening in your life, what's been getting in the way, and whether I'm the right person to support you.

01

We start with you

You share what's been on your mind and what's bringing you here.

02

We explore together

We'll gently explore what's beneath the surface and what you hope will be different.

03

You get a feel for my coaching

I'll explain how I work, answer your questions, and we'll see whether we're a good fit.

04

We decide together

If it feels right, we'll talk about the next step. If not, that's completely okay too.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you mean by self-leadership? +
Self-leadership isn't about controlling yourself. It's about understanding yourself well enough to choose how you respond instead of reacting on autopilot.
What is self-abandonment? +
Self-abandonment is what happens when you repeatedly ignore what you know to be true because keeping the peace, meeting expectations, or avoiding discomfort feels more important than listening to yourself.
Why do I keep doubting myself? +
Self-doubt isn't always a lack of confidence. Often, it's the result of repeatedly ignoring your own needs, feelings, and intuition until your inner voice becomes difficult to hear.
Can coaching help if I don't know what's wrong? +
Absolutely. Many people come to coaching knowing something feels off but not knowing why. Often, what brings you to coaching is the symptom, not the root cause. Together, we'll gently explore what's beneath the surface so you can understand what's really driving your experience.
Who is your coaching for? +
For people who have spent years meeting expectations and are ready to build a life that feels more honest, intentional, and true to themselves.
Is coaching the same as therapy? +
They're different, and they can work beautifully together. My role isn't to analyse or diagnose you. It's to help you understand yourself better so that you can stop abandoning yourself and start making choices that feel true to who you are and who you want to be moving forward.

You don't have to do this alone.

You don't need all the answers, only the willingness to start listening to yourself again.
