Life & Self-Leadership Coaching · Zurich

Design a life that feels like yours.

Move from living by default to conscious self-leadership. For people whose life looks good on paper, but no longer feels fully aligned within.

Life By Design is not about becoming someone new. It is about reconnecting with who you were before you learned who you were supposed to be.

Nathalie Rill is a Zurich-based Life & Self-Leadership Coach helping people move from autopilot, people-pleasing and emotional reaction into clarity, self-trust and conscious choice.

On paper, life looks good.

You have built the career, the relationships, the routines, the life you thought would make you happy. And still, something inside you asks:

Is this it?

You may not be in crisis. But you are no longer willing to live on autopilot, ignore your own needs, or keep making decisions from fear, pressure or expectation.

You are not broken You are not behind Nothing is wrong with you

You don't need another goal.

You need a different relationship with yourself.

A fulfilling life is not created by chasing the next achievement. It is created by learning to listen to yourself, understand what drives you, and make choices that reflect who you truly are.

  • What do I actually want?
  • What matters most to me?
  • Am I living according to my values?
  • Am I making decisions from fear or self-trust?
  • What would change if I stopped abandoning myself?

The Life By Design Method

Self-leadership is not a personality trait. It is a practice — a simple but powerful five-step cycle.

My Philosophy

Fear closes. Love opens.

At the heart of my work is the belief that there are two ways of relating to life: either through fear or through love.

Fear looks for what is wrong, what is missing, what needs to change before you can be okay. It creates protection, judgement, control and separation.

The work is not to eliminate fear. The work is to recognise it and choose from a different place. This is not about toxic positivity. It is about learning to see clearly enough to respond differently.

What you can expect with Life By Design

No fixing - ACCEPT

Accept reality without abandoning yourself.

Learn to have your own back as you navigate the messiness of life.

No judgement - ALIGN

Align your thoughts, values, actions, and decisions.

When your inner world and outer world work together, life flows with greater ease.

No pressure to have it figured out - LIVE

Take courageous action.

Design a life that reflects who you are - not who you think you should be.

Here, growth begins with awareness - not self-judgement. You will be invited to slow down, get honest with yourself, and look at your life with more compassion and clarity.

Not to blame yourself. Not to force change. But to understand what is here, work with reality, and choose your next step from a more conscious place.

I don't coach from a pedestal.

I coach as someone who knows what it feels like to look successful on the outside, while quietly knowing something no longer feels true on the inside.

I am Nathalie Rill, a Life & Self-Leadership Coach based in Zurich. My work brings together coaching, emotional awareness, mindset and body-based practice - helping people reconnect with who they are beneath the expectations they have spent years living up to.

Your life is already being designed

The question is: are you shaping it consciously? If something in you recognises itself here, start with a conversation. You do not need to have it all figured out before you arrive.
