Design a life that feels true to you.
Life & Self-Leadership Coaching · Zurich
Most of us don't realise when it happens.
Little by little, we stop listening to ourselves.
We say yes when we mean no.
We ignore what we know to be true.
We become better at meeting expectations than meeting our own needs.
Together, we'll rebuild the relationship with yourself so you can stop abandoning who you are and start creating a life that feels like yours.
Nathalie Rill is a Zürich-based Life & Self-Leadership Coach helping people rebuild self-trust by strengthening the relationship that they have with themselves.
On paper, life looks good.
Yet something doesn't feel like you anymore.
We all want to belong. Somewhere along the way, many of us mistake fitting in for belonging.
Fitting In
Becoming who you think you need to be to feel accepted.
Belonging
Feeling accepted because you get to be yourself.
In trying to fit in, we can become so focused on meeting expectations that we stop listening to our own needs, feelings, and intuition.
Over time, we lose touch with ourselves.
I call that self-abandonment.
The work we do together isn't about becoming a new version of you.
It's about rebuilding the relationship and trust you have with yourself, so that in the everyday moments of life, you show yourself that your needs matter, your voice matters, and that you deserve to be part of the decisions that shape your life.
Where are you so focused on being who you think you should be that you've stopped asking who you really are?
The relationship that shapes everything is the one you have with yourself.
We often believe our struggles come from the wrong job, the wrong partner, or the wrong circumstances.
And yes, sometimes they do.
But more often, they come from the relationship we have with ourselves and the stories we've come to believe about who we are and what we're allowed to want.

Questions you may be asking yourself
-
Why do I feel stuck? You're not necessarily stuck. You may simply be living by old patterns that no longer fit who you are.
-
Why doesn't my life feel like me anymore?Sometimes we become so busy meeting expectations that we lose touch with what feels true to us.
-
Why do I keep doubting myself?Self-doubt often grows when you've spent more time trusting everyone else's voice than your own.
-
Why do I keep putting everyone else first?Because somewhere along the way, you learnt that keeping others happy was safer than disappointing them.
-
Why can't I stop overthinking?Overthinking is often your mind trying to protect you from making the wrong choice.
-
How do I know if I'm making the right decision? The question isn't only "What's the right decision?" It's "Can I trust myself whatever happens next?"
The Life By Design Method
Coming back to yourself is not a single decision. It's a practice.
A simple five-step process to recognise when you've drifted away from yourself and gently find your way back.
See
Notice the moments you abandon yourself.
Fear closes. Love opens.
At the heart of my work is one simple belief: Every moment invites us to respond from either fear or love.
Fear - the protective voice.
Love - the truthful voice.
It says:
- "What if I make the wrong decision?"
- "What if they don't like me?"
- "I'd better not say anything."
- "Maybe I should wait until I'm more certain."
The goal isn't to get rid of fear.
Fear is part of being human. The work is recognising when fear has taken the steering wheel.
You can thank it for trying to protect you, and then choose a different response.
One that comes from trust instead of control.
Curiosity instead of judgement.
Connection instead of protection.
The quality of your life isn't shaped only by what happens to you. It's shaped by the place you respond from; fear or love.

I don't coach from a pedestal.
I coach as someone who knows what it feels like to look successful on the outside, while quietly knowing something no longer feels true on the inside.
I am Nathalie Rill, a Life & Self-Leadership Coach based in Zurich. My work brings together coaching, emotional awareness, mindset and body-based practice - helping people reconnect with who they are beneath the expectations they have spent years living up to.
Your life is already being designed
The question is: are you shaping it consciously? If something in you recognises itself here, start with a conversation. You do not need to have it all figured out before you arrive.
