My Journey Back to Self
It Started With One Honest List
In 2018, I hit rock bottom. I was drained, disconnected, and deeply unhappy. I was drinking more than I wanted, stuck in a relationship I had outgrown, and feeling like I was living someone else’s life.
One night, in tears, I typed into Google: “How to be happy.”
What came up was a simple journaling exercise — list the areas of your life where you feel happy and why, and the ones where you don’t.
That night, I got honest with myself for the first time in years.
The “happy” column? Short: my body and my flat.
The “unhappy” one? Long: my relationship, my job, my family dynamics, my daily state of mind.
That clarity changed everything.
Coming Home to Myself
I left the relationship. I moved across the ocean. I started again.
At 31, I was single, unemployed, and technically homeless — but for the first time in a long time, I felt alive.
That chapter taught me something I’ll never forget:
You don’t find happiness by fixing yourself.
You find it by coming back to yourself.
By getting honest. By realigning.
By remembering who you are underneath all the noise.
That’s the journey I’ve been on ever since — and the one I now guide others through.
If this speaks to you, you’re not alone. And you're not broken.
You're just being invited to come home.
Living From the Inside Out
Fast forward to today, I can truly say my life has transformed. Through life coaching, a deepening passion for creating an intentional and fulfilling life, and an endless hunger to grow, I’ve come home to myself.
I’ve never felt more alive.
I now have tools to live more unconditionally and find inner peace—no matter what’s happening around me—by choosing to live from the inside out rather than being ruled by the outside.
Your Path to Peace & Purpose
My work is to guide you back to the core of who you are: Love.
Confidence, inner peace, and trust arise from remembering that life is happening for you. No matter the circumstances, everything can be used as a catalyst for growth.
From this place of appreciating your experiences, you reconnect with creativity, abundance, clarity, joy, and ease.
Rooted in that energy, you start to create a life that feels truly fulfilling.
There is no passion to be found in living a life that is smaller than the life you are capable of living.
