1:1 Coaching

Let's build a life that feels like you.

You've spent years trying to do the right thing.

Now it's time to discover what's right for you. Together, we'll uncover the fears, patterns, and beliefs shaping your life so you can stop abandoning yourself and build a relationship with yourself that you can rely on.

Self-Trust Boundaries Self-Loyalty Clarity Inner Peace

This is for you if life looks good, but no longer feels like yours.

You may have built a successful life. You may be responsible, capable, and the person everyone relies on.

Somewhere along the way, you've become so used to putting yourself last that you've forgotten what it feels like to choose yourself.

You don't need to work harder on yourself.

You need to stop leaving yourself behind.

Which of these sounds familiar?

  • I feel tired of overthinking, pleasing others or second-guessing myself
  • I understand my patterns, but keep repeating them anyway
  • I want to stop making decisions from fear, guilt or expectation
  • I want to reconnect with what I actually want
  • I want to feel more steady when life is uncertain
  • I am ready to create a life that reflects my values, not just my responsibilities

You don't need all the answers. Just the willingness to ask yourself honest questions.

You're not alone.

These are common signs that you've spent a long time meeting expectations while overriding your body's signals.

There's nothing wrong with you.

Your mind has simply learnt ways to protect you.

Do you notice the common thread?

People-pleasing. Overthinking. Self-doubt. Burnout. Feeling stuck. They may look like different struggles. But underneath them is often the same pattern.

You stopped trusting your own needs, feelings, and inner voice. I call it self-abandonment.

Together, we'll rebuild the relationship you have with yourself, one small choice at a time.

Case Study

From Self-Abandonment to Self-Worth

The challenge

Efi was hired for her strengths in communication and relationship-building. Before she even started, she was moved into a role where those strengths were barely used.

The harder she worked, the less enough she felt. For five years she kept pushing — ignoring her exhaustion, never asking for help, measuring her worth by how much she could carry for everyone else.

"Everyone else matters more than I do."

Without realising it, she had developed a habit of abandoning herself.

What we worked on

Instead of trying to fix the burnout, we explored what had created it. Efi realised she had spent years believing her worth depended on being the person who coped, never complained, and never needed anything herself.

As she questioned those beliefs, something started to shift. She became more compassionate with herself — more willing to let others support her. Instead of proving her worth, she started practising trusting it.

The outcome

Six months later, Efi returned to work in a new role where her natural strengths are recognised and valued. She now recognises when old fears and insecurities take over — and they no longer have the last word.

She asks for help when she needs it. She listens when her body tells her to slow down. She has started including herself in the circle of people she cares for.

Why I do this work.

I know what it's like to slowly lose yourself while everything looks fine from the outside.

Learning to stop abandoning myself changed the way I relate to every part of my life.

Today, I help others do the same.

Can coaching really change the way I feel?

That depends on what you're hoping to create.

A single session can bring clarity and a new perspective. But changing the way you relate to yourself takes practice. That's why many people choose ongoing coaching — to strengthen new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding over time.

Coaching is a partnership.

You don't need to have everything figured out. You simply need the willingness to stop abandoning yourself and start listening to yourself again. The rest, we'll discover together.
