This also means that you do not know what’s best for others. Only they know themselves.
This is something that I constantly have to remind myself about when it comes to my partner. Especially when it comes to diet and exercise. Since I have a lot of evidence that I have nailed this area down in my own life, I have a tendency to believe that he should follow the same recipe.
But what works for me might not work for him and even if it works he might not feel good doing it.
FEELING GOOD
Life is supposed to feel good. Satisfaction comes from moving into the direction of your own creation. That’s the only place that satisfaction comes from.
Life causes you to ask for more, to carve out something new. Your work is then to move towards that new thing that you now know you want.
When you don’t move towards it, you don’t feel so good.
If someone else’s carved it out for you, you don’t feel so good either.
