WHAT YOU GIVE YOUR ATTENTION TO AFFECT HOW YOU FEEL

When you give your current circumstances all your attention AND you don’t have what you want, it’s likely that you think thoughts like:
It’s too hard
It’s not possible for me
It’s too late
I’m too old
Your thoughts create your feelings. So if you think disempowering thoughts, you generate disempowering emotions.
When ‘what is’ has your attention it’s easy to fall down the rabbit hole of feeling stuck. Focusing on an unwanted condition sets a vibration that holds it in place and you create more of the same.
Instead challenge yourself to think greater than your current circumstances. Practise a steady focus on what it is that you want to create.
This invites clarity, energy and determination into your life.
The vibration of a solution vs the vibration of a problem are two completely different frequencies. Which one are you tuning into?
