BLAME VS RESPONSIBILITY

When we BLAME other people for our emotions, we feel like we are AT THE EFFECT OF OTHERS.

We then desperately trying to make them change / control them by:

  • Manipulating

  • People pleasing

  • Guilt tripping

We give all our power away to the very person who we blame for making us feel bad.

Learning to MANAGE your EMOTION life, by realising that YOU are the CREATOR of your FEELINGS with what you are THINKING - is brings your POWER back.

Changing your THOUGHTS about other’s behaviour is in your control. What other people say or do is not.

When you are taking full RESPONSIBILITY for how you feel, you are entering EMOTIONAL ADULTHOOD. You then become the SOLUTION to change. When you change everything changes.

The key to a better future is YOU.
