One Problem, One Solution
One Problem, One Solution
We often believe we have countless problems, but in reality, there’s only one: disconnection from Love. Love, not in the romantic sense, but as an approach rooted in warmth, curiosity, and compassion.
When connected to Love, we access creative thinking and solution-oriented perspectives. In contrast, disconnection leads us into fear—a state driven by judgement and rigid thinking.
To shift back to Love, try simple strategies like taking deep breaths, moving your body, zooming out to see the big picture, or challenging your thoughts.
The key is clear: reconnect with Love, and the solutions will follow.

ROOT CAUSE TO MOST CONFLICTS
ROOT CAUSE TO MOST CONFLICTS
The one right way of living, MY way.
Do you ever have that thought? That you know how things “should” be done and if someone executes them differently, you make them wrong?
I can certainly relate to this myself.
Thinking I have figured it out, hence I’m correcting others, or according to myself I’m just giving them advice on how to best do it. But really I’m making their way wrong and doing everything I can to encourage them to follow my way.
Why?
Because we like to be right and we want others to agree with us that our way is the right way.
The issue here is that we don’t like people telling us what to do, we want to explore our own way ourselves. Therefore lecturing someone on the one right way of doing things usually leads to conflict.
Instead of being the teacher, can you take the role as a student. Get curious, be open minded, ask questions, you might learn something from the other person’s approach.
