INCREASE YOUR CAPACITY TO FEEL YOUR DESIRED FEELING

In order to make your desired feeling your dominant feeling you need to build up your capacity to feel that emotion. 

You do this by directing your mind to things that feel good when you focus on them. 

Did you know that the only reason why you ever want something is because of the way you think you will FEEL once you have the result. 

I.e. I think I will feel loved when I’m in a relationship or successful once I get promoted. 

If you don’t practise feeling the feeling you think a specific result will bring you the feeling will be short lived. 

I’m sure you know someone who is rich but feels poor or someone who is skinny but feels fat. 

This is because it’s not the circumstances but your thoughts around them that generates the feeling inside of you. 

When you attach the feeling to the result, you become dependent on the result and therefore try your best to control or manipulate the result. 

If you think you need your partner to feel loved, you will do your best to make sure he/she likes you. You step away from being yourself and instead take on people pleasing traits to secure the result. This is conditional living. 

Unconditional living is understanding where feelings come from: Your mind rather than the circumstances and practise generating feelings on purpose. 

This will allow you to enjoy the desired feeling, without being attached to a specific outcome.
