IT’S GOOD TO FEEL GOOD

Isn’t it crazy that we sometimes need a reminder that it’s good to feel good. We think it needs to be hard or difficult, that we need to struggle in order to “deserve” worthiness.

Who came up with that? That it’s good to feel bad?

Do your best to prioritise feeling good. Reach for thoughts that feel good. Give things that make you feel good your undivided attention. Allow yourself to be satisfied with what is and eager to create more.

All is well and you are exactly where you need to be in this very moment. This too is temporary.

Always remember: It’s good to feel good.
