These are your brain's top 3 priorities. They used to help you survive but are not necessarily the recipe for longterm success, happiness and growth.

If you are more motivated to lay on the coach, eating popcorn and watching Netflix your brain is working as it intended to.

This is it's default drive, however if you want to live an above average life you will need to overcome your natural instincts and train your brain to work for you instead of against you.
