It sees the world as a dangerous place and is constantly scanning your environment for threats.

As it has learned to survive under the current circumstances, it will do its best to keep you repeating the same old patterns of behaviour as this feels safe for the brain.

This part of the brain is against any changes in life.

It's trying to get you to run back into the cave where you are safe and secure.

What meaning do you assign when every you feel insecure?

This is a survival response to anything that is unfamiliar and it does not mean that anything has gone wrong or that a particular response is needed.

Can you feel scared and still take action on moving closer towards your goal?
