THE POWER OF EVALUATION
As the year comes to an end I like to make time for reflection.
Some questions that I ask myself:
What did I accomplish?
Which situations pushed me outside of my comfort zone?
In which area did I grow?
What is my best memory from this year?
What am I most proud of and why?
What did I want to accomplish but did not get around to and why?
What advice would I give myself for the new year ahead?
By investing time to evaluate you give yourself the gift of wisdom that can save you time and money if you apply your learnings.
Make time for evaluation of your experiences. Always make the evaluation about YOU and what YOU can do differently. This will give you invaluable clues on how to improve the way you show up.
3 simple questions to ask yourself when doing an evaluation:
What worked?
What didn’t work?
What would I do differently?
Always make YOURSELF the most interesting person to study. Only you know how you felt, what your goal is and what’s best for you. Trust yourself to be the guiding source in your life. You are the only one who has the full picture.
