How you feel will create a lens which you view the world through:

  • When you are in love, life presents loving things to you. 

  • When you are irritated, all you see are annoying things. 

  • When you are anxious, there are alarming things everywhere.

Your feelings send signals to your brain to hone in on things that match with how you feel. Now you have proof that justifies how you feel, which intensifies the feeling. 

Your brain is more interested in being right, than being happy and will go on a hunt for whatever YOU ASK it to find. 

Instead of creating by default by sloppy thinking, just observing the world and emotionally reacting to what you see. Deliberately DECIDE how you WANT TO FEEL. Identify 3 thoughts that create that feeling inside of you and intentionally practise thinking those thoughts. 

WHY? 

You get what you THINK about, whether you like it or not.

You are a powerful creator, train your mind to focus on things that feel good to you. 

  • Because it feels good.

  • When you feel good, you create good results.

  • You are creative, playful and at ease, making you more pleasant to interact with.
